Aligned marketing content strategies and communication workflows to improve user engagement within the Robinhood ecosystem. My work focused on creating personalized, seasonally-themed messaging for push notifications, emails, and promo codes. By optimizing content design and delivery, I drove higher click-through rates and successful promotional campaign adoption.

Existing marketing content and communication workflows were misaligned and lacked personalization, reducing engagement and hindering promotional campaign effectiveness.

I focused on creating copy that combined pithy, bold language with user-centric considerations, such as highlighting timely offers and providing actionable next steps. Push notifications were crafted to be direct and value-driven, while emails focused on seasonal themes to capture user attention and maximize engagement. The strategic use of links, token-based personalization, and thoughtful timing all played a role in making communications actionable and aligned with user interests.
